Educational excursion: “Kretinga with a Samogitian Twist”

We invite you to an educational excursion during which you will discover Kretinga, visit the Tiškevičiai family manor with its impressive Winter Garden, and crown the experience with a cozy gathering at a shared table laden with authentic Samogitian dishes. During the tasting, educator Vida will make sure it is enjoyable not only on the plate but also in conversation – with Samogitian persistence and hearty laughter. Program: A guided tour of Kretinga lasting about 1.5 hours. You can choose between: “Along the Monks’ Paths” or “Sightseeing Tour: From the Church to the Manor.” A visit to Kretinga Museum with the Winter Garden is self-guided (tickets without a guide). During the tasting, you will try 6 traditional Samogitian dishes and one drink (selected from the offered list).
