Greenest and Oldest – the Winter Garden

Since the 19th century, Kretinga has been famous for the Winter Garden built and nurtured by Counts Tiškevičius, which today is the most visited conservatory in Lithuania, attracting tens of thousands of visitors every year. At the same time, it is the oldest winter garden in Lithuania, which also deserves the compliment "the greenest" as more than 1.5 thousand plants are green all year round.
