The homestead has a sauna and a banquet hall (capacity: up to 20 people), a refrigerator, TV, a large bedroom, sanitary facility (WC, shower). There is a barrel, open swimming pool (11 m length) with berths near the sauna. An outdoor arbor with a fireplace and furniture, a basketball court, football and beech volleyball courts, children playground are equipped in the resort. A house with 4 bedrooms, a cosy sitting room with a fireplace, TV, internet, a dining room, a kitchen with all household appliances, WC, shower. The house is surrounded by a terrace with a beautiful view to Minija valley.
