Budgerigar Therapy

At the HBH recreation and entertainment complex, in a small cottage, about 50 colorful, gentle, and curious parrots fly around. They come closer, observe, chirp, and perch on your hand – and in that moment, you feel something inside you calm down. Research shows that interaction with birds reduces stress, improves mood, and helps you relax. It’s a gentle, natural therapy for those who want to escape the hustle and bustle for a while and spend some time with themselves.
