Budgerigar Therapy

At the HBH recreation and entertainment complex, in a small cottage, about 50 colorful, gentle, and curious parrots fly around. They come closer, observe, chirp, and perch on your hand – and in that moment, you feel something inside you calm down. Research shows that interaction with birds reduces stress, improves mood, and helps you relax.
