Pastauninkas Park Fountain

In May 2022, a floating fountain was installed in the so-called Pastauninkas Pond near the Franciscan Gymnasium. The changing stream of the fountain can shoot up to 12 meters high before decreasing again. This new highlight of Kretinga quickly became a popular spot: both locals and visitors to the town are eager to take photos with it in the background. Historical buildings, lush greenery, the church tower rising into the sky above the treetops, the tranquility radiating from the pond, and the gentle murmur of the quietly gushing fountain invite you to sit down, relax, and enjoy the surroundings.
