Grave of the Lithuanian soldiers

Buried volunteer soldiers, master sergeant of the company of Kretinga County Commandant's Headquarters Petras Vilunis from Alsėdžiai district, troopers of the second infrantrymen's company Jonas Čičinskas from Obeliai district and Jonas Pavilionis from Debeikiai district. In 1930, the graveyard was handled, the Lithuanian soldier crosses were erected. In 2013, it was renovated, the crosses were restored at the expense of Kretinga District Municipality. The grave of the Lithuanian soldiers is a registered cultural heritage object of national significance (unique code 31701). It is equipped at the western path of the old cemetery. It is marked by three typical concrete crosses of the Lithuanian soldier erected next to each other. Each of them has an epitaph: on the left cross: "R.I.P. Master sergeant of Kretinga Commandant's Headquarters Petras Vilunis, died on 13 November 1921, on the middle cross "R.I.P. trooper of the second infrantrymen's company Jonas Čičinskas, died on 30 December 1919", on the right cross: "R.I.P. trooper of the second infrantrymen's company J. Pavilionis, died on 4 January 1920".
