Jaurykla Park

Jaurykla Park is the most modern natural space in Kretinga town. Those who seek for a quiet shelter of nature and those who wish to have active time will live the park of even 10 hectares. Paths of more than three kilometre length meander along the playfully murmuring rivulet Jaurykla. Bridges and footbridges over the rivulet meet each person walking along it and information stands welcome each curious person. Those who get tired can sit down in one of the five observation decks from which views pleasing to the eye open. Children will love the park; even several playgrounds are equipped for them. Health and educational paths in the park are adapted to the disabled, bio-toilets are equipped for the convenience of everyone, an amphitheatre is equipped for different events. This park is an ideal place for strolls, games and knowledge of nature.
