Memorial plaque

Typical commemorative plaque for commemoration of the fighters for the freedom of Lithuania who were prisoned, interrogated and tortured in the building of NKVD-MVD-MGB Darbėnai unit which was located in this place during the period of 1944–1953, Turgaus g. 4. Fixed in 2003. (author of the project Jonas Jagėla).
