Commemorative plaque for commemoration of the citizens of Lithuania who were interrogated and tortured in the headquarters of Kretinga County Unit of the NKVD-MVD-MGB which operated in this building during the period of 1944–1953, Kęstučio g. 12. Fixed on the initiative of the priest Darius Petkūnas.
