Typical commemorative plaque for commemoration of the fighters for the freedom of Lithuania prisoned in the detention facility of Kretinga County militia unit which operated in this building during the period of 1945–1947, Kęstučio g. 19. Fixed in 2003. (author of the project Jonas Jagėla).
