Old Cemetery of Nasrėnai Village

The old cemetery of Nasrėnai village was in use from the 16th to the 18th centuries. From the 19th century to the early 20th century, suicides and unbaptized infants were buried there. There is a chapel in the cemetery, to which a painting of the Blessed Mother of God was donated in 1836 by the priest Motiejus Valančius. Locals gathered before the painting to seek relief from illnesses and hardships.
