Site of the third massacre and grave of Jews in Salantai

In the middle of July 1941, Salantai auxiliary police officers shooted 11 Jewish men and in the middle of September 1941 they shooted 30-35 women who carried out agricultural works in Šalynas manor and for farmers of the surrounding areas in this place. Another 4 women were shooted at Eglinskai homestead. A natural boulder to which a commemorative plaque is fixed stands to the north-east from the grave of the victims.
