The diminished world can be very interesting since all details can be seen as if from above, from a bird's eye. In order to examine Kretinga from a bird's eye, one just has to climb the tower of the church. And if you want to see the church as if from the sky, you do not climb or fly anywhere. The first tactile map made of bronze is located in a square near the church; it shows the complex of Kretinga Franciscan Monastery and the Church of Annunciation of the Blessed Virgin Mary Church. The map may be touched and it is adapted to visually impaired persons: information on the Franciscan ensemble is in Braille. The map is a perfect cognitive tool to all those who visit Kretinga and prepare to visit the Franciscan complex.
